Charlotte Schmidt is a Consultant at SEEK Development. Charlotte brings to the team experience in migration, development, and public health, and an interest in organizational development. At SEEK, Charlotte is a member of the Donor Tracker and World Health Organization (WHO) teams.

Prior to joining SEEK, Charlotte undertook an internship at the WHO in Geneva where she contributed to resource mobilization efforts and building strategic partnerships. Charlotte has also worked as a volunteer coordinator of an NGO in Vienna, offering cultural experiences to young refugees and migrants. Additionally, she advised NGOs on their political messaging, branding, and marketing initiatives during her studies in London.

Charlotte holds a Master of Development Studies from SOAS, University of London, and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Vienna.
