Laura Klinkhammer

Senior Project Manager

Laura Klinkhammer is a Senior Project Manager at SEEK Development. She combines many years of working in international development and foreign policy with top-tier consulting work in the public sector. Her core expertise is supporting SEEK clients in designing strategies for effective advocacy, particularly in humanitarian and health-related topics. Additionally, Laura leads strategy and organizational development work with the aim of driving impact for decision makers in multilateral institutions, philanthropy, civil society and donor governments.

Before joining SEEK, Laura worked for more than 6 years in different positions for the German government on development and foreign policy. As a Policy Officer in the Department for Foreign and Security Policy of the German Federal Chancellery, Laura was responsible for the multilateral portfolio, including development policy in the German G7 Presidency, the SDG Summit in 2015, as well as humanitarian and health related crisis management. Prior to this Laura worked in the Corporate Development Department of GIZ and the World Bank division of the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. Most recently, Laura was a Junior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company mainly supporting clients in the Public Sector on strategy and organizational transformation topics.

Laura holds a Master of Science in International Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science as well as a degree in Economics from Maastricht University. Laura has also studied at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
