Elke Schmidt is the Senior Finance Manager at SEEK Development, overseeing financial accounting and other operational tasks. She brings to SEEK, her expertise in management and finance.

Prior to working at SEEK, Elke has worked as Senior Finance Manager, Business Unit Controller, and Senior Manager Controlling at various companies. She was also a member of the managing committee for BPW Berlin (Business and Professional Women network), as well as a consultant and auditor for SOS Méditerranée - a humanitarian organization for rescuing lives in the Mediterranean Sea.

Elke holds a Diploma in Economics from the University of Regensburg.
