Amanda Gumpert is a Senior Project Manager at SEEK Development. Amanda brings over eight years of experience in strategy and operations, organizational development, and analysis from management consulting and global health work. At SEEK, Amanda will focus on work within the global health practice with projects related to strategic analysis, strategy development, advocacy and organizational change.  

Previously, Amanda worked for Lumell Associates, a top-tier boutique consultancy in Sweden specializing in health care, public health, and the pharmaceutical sector. From her years with Lumell, Amanda has extensive experience in managing a wide range of projects with clients such as the Swedish government, state agencies, NGOs, private sector actors, regional councils, and hospitals. Prior to that, Amanda worked two years for the Clinton Health Access Initiative, managing development and implementation of programmatic work within Uganda’s health sector. In Uganda, Amanda focused on improving access to medicines and quality of care for malaria, diarrhea, and pneumonia in the private health sector. She began her career working for ReAct – Action on antibiotic resistance, where she took part in developing international advocacy strategies adapted to the changing global health landscape.  

Amanda holds a Bachelor of International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School and a Master of Global Health from Karolinska Institute in Stockholm. She is fluent in English and Swedish and is proficient in Danish.
