Nadia Setiabudi is a Consultant at SEEK Development. She brings research and impact evaluation experience in international development, poverty alleviation and financial inclusion. At SEEK, she supports clients with designing strategies toward achieving global development goals. 

Prior to joining SEEK, Nadia worked for four years at J-PAL Southeast Asia, most recently as a research manager, where she led the Inclusive Financial Innovation Initiative and supervised the implementation of randomized evaluations across Indonesia. She brings both policy and research experience in multiple sectors, including financial inclusion, social protection, gender, education, health, and agriculture. 

Nadia holds a Master of Philosophy in Development Studies from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of York. Nadia is a Bahasa Indonesia native speaker, fluent in English, and a beginner in German and Spanish.
