Sheba George

Sheba George is a Consultant at SEEK Development where she is a member of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Donor Tracker project teams. At SEEK, she conducts data-driven policy analysis of the European Union and Spain's development assistance policies, funding, and governance structure and develops analytical reports on global development topics.
Sheba brings to SEEK her experience in foreign policy and global development. Prior to joining SEEK, Sheba worked in policy consultancy for the European Commission where she conducted foreign policy analysis for EU policymakers on the Asia-Pacific region; and in policy development for the United Nations, where she supported the development of gender-inclusive climate policies for Latin American countries. She has also managed global development projects in liaison with national governments in over five countries in Europe, the Global South, and the Middle East.
Sheba holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree, with a specialization in policy analysis from the Hertie School of Governance in Germany, and a Bachelor of Science in International Foreign Service (BSFS) degree with a specialization in international politics and global governance from Georgetown University in the US.
