Dorothee Bargstädt is a Senior Consultant at SEEK Development. She brings to SEEK more than 5 years of professional experience in strategy and governance, evaluation, partnerships and international development. At SEEK, she supports international clients from strategy to advocacy and analysis, and conducts research and assessments on international development policy and international development architecture.

Prior to joining SEEK, Dorothee worked in political affairs and partnerships at the Office of the Director-General of the United Nations Geneva. During this time, she focused on preparing policy and development analysis and implementing strategic partnerships for UN Geneva. She also worked as an Associate Evaluation Officer for the United Nations, conducting evaluations of the work, governance and leadership of UN organizations for donors and management bodies. She began her career as a consultant at KPMG, where she spent two years advising public sector clients on the implementation of digitization projects.

Dorothee holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the Freie Universität Berlin, the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and the University of Potsdam. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Bremen.
