Rachidate Zeba, (she/her) is a Senior Consultant at SEEK Development. She brings over eight years of experience in strategy consulting, public health, and broader international development. Her professional journey has spanned collaborations with non-profits, public entities, and private organizations worldwide. At SEEK, she supports the Global Health Practice.

With an extensive background in engaging diverse stakeholders, crafting strategies, designing policies, and delivering transformational initiatives, Rachidate supports clients with strategy development, organizational transformation, and change management.

Rachidate has previously worked for the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, shaping the organization’s digital health and Life Sciences strategy and delivering on digital health initiatives. She also worked as a strategy Consultant for Dalberg Advisors and IQVIA, conducting data analysis and advising Government entities, non-profits, and donors active in the health space with strategy setting, advocacy, project roll-out, organizational efficiency, and resource mobilization.
