ABOUT YOUR ROLE
POTENTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on your background and interests, your role could include:
- Working on consulting projects or workstreams in areas such as Global Health, Advocacy and Resource Mobilization, Climate Adaptation, Development Finance, Education and Gender Equality or the nexuses of these areas
- Conducting research and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders across sectors to co-create tailored solutions, for example by preparing meeting materials
- Supporting business development activities, proposal writing, and help expanding our network of partners and clients
- Contributing to the development of innovative products and services
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering knowledge sharing
ABOUT YOU
WE WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM CANDIDATES WHO:
- Are passionate about social impact and sustainable development
- Hold a master degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, international relations, economics, global health, public policy)
- Have professional experience in consulting, research, project management, or related areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with statistical software is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Are fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
