Leon Schlick is an Associate Consultant at SEEK Development. He brings management consulting skills gained from top-tier consultancies. At SEEK, Leon is a member of the Global Public Health practice and contributes to strategic projects for multilateral and non-profit clients.
With experience navigating multi-stakeholder settings, he provides strategic recommendations to clients and helps organizations remove barriers to deliver.
Previously, Leon gained experience in organizational transformations, strategy and leadership development, which he acquired at Ernst and Young as a consultant. He started his career at Accenture, focusing on how Artificial Intelligence can help eradicate poverty in South Limburg.
Leon has a Master’s in Work & Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Neuroscience from the Maastricht university in the Netherlands.
