Prashant Poondla (he/him) is an Associate Director at SEEK Development with more than a decade of experience in strategy & operations, governance, and organizational development in both the private, public, and development sectors. At SEEK, he leads our work in Climate Change, Agriculure and Water.

With vast experience developing strategies in multi stakeholder settings, Prashant provides strategic leadership on projects, counselling senior client leaders, supporting teams in pushing the bar, and supporting organizations in solving their toughest challenges.  

Prashant brings to SEEK, his expertise in long-term strategy development, organizational design and change management, from his past work as a manager with the Boston Consulting Group. At BCG he advised senior leadership and boards in leading private-sector corporations, governments, and NGOs in both emerging and mature economies. Prashant was also part of the Organizational Governance team at Save the Children, setting up governance, transparency, and accountability topics on behalf of the alliance.

Prashant holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras
