Romina Hau (she/her) is a HR Generalist at SEEK Development. She brings human resources and administration experience gained from working with multiple start-ups before joining SEEK.

With expertise in talent management, she manages the recruiting process at SEEK and is responsible for human resources administration matters of all team members. Alongside SEEK, she also works for a children’s rights NGO where she is responsible for bookkeeping and accounting.

Prior to joining SEEK, she supported multiple start-ups in human resources and office administration.

Romina holds a Master's degree in Government and Public Policy from the University of Passau in Germany.
