Tanvee Kanaujia (she/her/hers) is an Associate Consultant at SEEK Development. She brings diverse experience with both the private and international organization sectors. Her passion for climate change drives her interest and interdisciplinary expertise in the field of climate finance. At SEEK, Tanvee focuses her work on climate change and its intersection with other areas of development, particularly health and agriculture.

With well-rounded and interdisciplinary expertise in the field of climate, development finance, strategy development, and climate policy research and analysis, Tanvee supports clients with strategy development and effective policy design. She also contributes to the Donor Tracker.  

Prior to joining SEEK, Tanvee worked with the UNFCCC, where she supported research and analysis for flagship reports on climate finance and multilateral negotiations at COP27. She worked on topics including nature-based solutions, the new collective quantified goal on climate finance, just transitions, and climate finance. Tanvee has also worked at a leading Indian law firm, where she supported clients with research and analysis of environmental laws and policies.

Tanvee holds a Master's in Development Studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID) in Switzerland and a Dual Bachelor’s degree in Law and Arts from the National Law School of India University in Bangalore, India.
