Zoe Welch (she/her) is an Editorial Working Student at SEEK Development. She brings years of editorial experience as well as an ongoing education in the fields of international relations and international political economy. At SEEK, she is passionate about political communication and focuses on contributing to the Donor Tracker team as well as the SEEK team at large with editorial support.
Previously, Zoe worked as a Fulbright Scholar for English language instruction and international political education in Berlin. She has also worked at the Center for Applied Policy Research (Ludwig-Maximilian University), gaining experience in policymaking research and educational content production, as well as working with the Bayerischer Landtag to implement a political education curriculum directly in Munich high schools. She continues to volunteer at the refugee advocacy group ITAP e.V. as a German instructor and team member.
Zoe holds B.A. degrees in International Political Economy and German Studies from the University of Puget Sound. She is currently pursuing an double degree M.A. in Contemporary European Studies from Humboldt University Berlin and University of Bath.
