
Alina Neri (she/her) is a Consultant at SEEK Development. She brings several years of experience in international development, with a focus on governance, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement. At SEEK, she supports clients in designing evidence-based strategies and advocacy initiatives, particularly in the areas of development finance, good governance, and cross-sector collaboration.
Before joining SEEK, Alina worked with international NGOs and UN agencies, including Transparency International and the United Nations Development Programme. Her work focused on anti-corruption, public sector transparency, and inclusive policy processes. She also contributed to civic engagement and learning initiatives at the International Anti-Corruption Academy and the German Parliament.
Alina holds a Joint Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of York and Central European University. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Lomonosov Moscow State University and Humboldt University of Berlin. She is fluent in English, German, Russian, and Italian.
