Nandini Agarwal is a Business Development Specialist at SEEK Development. She brings a strong background in strategic partnership building, program development, and cross-sector collaboration across the fields of climate adaptation, food systems, and sustainable development. Passionate about leveraging partnerships to accelerate impact, Nandini supports SEEK’s efforts to expand client relationships, build collaborative networks, and strengthen organizational visibility.

Before joining SEEK, Nandini held roles across the nonprofit and consultancy sectors, where she led resource mobilization initiatives, facilitated donor engagement, and supported multi-stakeholder coalitions. Her experience includes working with NGOs, start-ups and international organisations to design sustainable funding strategies and operationalize mission-aligned growth.

In her joint role at SEEK and adelphi, Nandini is building on her experience to support business development and relationship management to contribute to the companies’ mission of enhancing effectiveness and impact in social and environmental development.

Nandini holds a Masters in Environmental Policy from Sciences Po, Paris, and a Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Delhi.
