
Aparna Ananthakrishnan is a Program Manager at SEEK Development. She brings over a decade of experience working with diverse actors across global health and international development ecosystems, with a focus on strategy design, alliance-building, and health systems strengthening. At SEEK, she supports global health and advocacy clients.
Prior to her current role at SEEK, Aparna worked as a strategy consultant leading high-impact advisory projects for a diverse portfolio of international organizations—including life sciences companies, philanthropic collaboratives, and mission-driven nonprofits. With an emphasis on interdisciplinary perspectives to international development challenges, Aparna supported initiatives centered on gender equity and rights, climate and health, and inclusive adolescent wellbeing. She also served as a civil servant at the Ministry of Public Health in Thailand working on systems research on immunization, pandemic preparedness, and evidence-informed policy making across Southeast Asia, leading collaborative technical assistance efforts in Laos and the Philippines.
Aparna holds a Master of Public Health in Developing Countries from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine as a Chevening Scholar, a Master of Development Administration and Planning from University College London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Madras.
