
Bibi Hahn (she/ her) works as a Senior Expert for SEEK Development. She believes in developing and leading organizations by combining purpose driven leadership with impact orientation. She has demonstrated that energetic cultures have significant influence on the engagement of all staff and simultaneously lead to organizational success.
Bibi brings along more than 25 years working in leadership and management consultancies. She has accompanied public and private organizations across diverse sectors. When working on transformational journeys she applies a holistic framework, primarily focusing on the levers of leadership, people development, organizational structures and management & communication processes. Those levers should be designed or adapted to best execute the organizational strategy and accelerate the target culture to ensure sustainable performance and impact. Sometimes small systems process changes (e.g. the KPI set of a performance management system) are sufficient to create desired change, at other times development sessions with the top-team are an appropriate starting point for a longer journey.
Fairness, performance orientation and enthusiasm characterize Bibi’s individual leadership style. When working with clients she believes in generating results in a co-creation mode in an open, honest and trustful way of collaboration. Clients value her for her growth mindset.
Bibi started her career in a life science company, gaining experiences in different roles of Controlling, Supply Chain, HR and M&A. Since the year 2000 Bibi worked for the consultancies Hay Group and Korn Ferry with constantly growing leadership and client accountabilities,; her last role was Co-CEO of Kienbaum International.
Bibi has worked in the US, Ukraine, Italy and Switzerland, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Marburg and a PhD of the HSG (University of St.Gallen, Switzerland).
